Slingshot is built for conversations about someone you love, so we collect as little as we can and keep your child out of our records entirely. This policy explains what we hold, why, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
Account information you provide (first name, last name, email address) and the content of the conversations you have with Skye, along with basic usage timestamps.
2. How we use it
To provide and improve the coaching experience, to keep your conversation history available to you across devices, to maintain security, and to produce aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics.
3. Child privacy
This service is for adults. Please do not enter your child's full legal name, exact date of birth, government identifiers, address, or specific school name. Skye does not need identifying details to help you.
4. AI processing
Your messages are sent to third-party AI model providers to generate responses. Do not include sensitive personal identifiers in your prompts.
5. Storage and access
Conversations are stored in our managed database and protected by per-account access rules, so only you (and, for account administration, an authorized Slingshot administrator) can access your account data.
6. Your choices
You can delete individual conversations at any time from the sidebar, and you can update your profile details from Profile & settings. Contact us to request deletion of your account.
